so here is a list of our main points:
The 7th amendment and how it ties into genues in the 1960s.
burning down schools is constitutional. ITS NOT HER FAULT GUYZZZ!!!!!11
freedom of desecration of property. nbd.
how Napoleon is our fearless leader.
1944 Smith v. Allwright
lets not bring up pico. kay?

Hey guys-
I've received several (very reasonable) requests to shift the dates on our moot court cases. This would mean that case #1 would present on Wednesday and #2 would go on Friday (no class on Thursday). It would also mean being a little more crunched in the last week of the mod, with our final case happening on next Thursday.
I'm going to encourage us to do this unless anyone raises a substantial concern. Let me (and the group) know if you forsee a problem. Otherwise, we'll hear case #1 on Wednesday (so save your nice threads for then).
