The property & financial holdings of those found guilty of the above corrupt practices should be confiscated to retrieve as much of the stolen monies as possible. That money belongs to the Vietnamese people!!! that amount of money could do much good for them, such as build new, better equipped hospitals, & other desperately-needed services for the people!!!ky nang ban hang
